This is a simple dessert recipe that tastes great.
Cook Time: About 5-7 minutes then let cool
Serves: About 4
1 package of Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding 4.6oz
3 Cups whole milk
1/4 tsp ground Cardamom Powder (heel) or 2 whole Cardamom seeds- crushed
Add all ingredients to a non-stick pan with heat on medium high (a 7 on the stove). Stir constantly until it comes to a full boil. Pour into a serving bowl and set on the counter until cooled, about 30-40 minutes then refrigerate.
I recommend letting it cool on the counter first because if it is put in the refrigerator immediately it may get moisture on the top.
